We've been building up loads of resources for you to have not just the best FoCo Fondo, but full summer of bike adventures. Let's look at a few of those this week. Let us know what you've been a part of!

First up, our gozwift  x FoCo Fondo Winter Training Series p/b myriogrande . This program is new this year and is designed to help you efficiently build up  your fitness through high intensity interval training, written by sourceendurance  coach zacharylallison . It's definitely not too late to join and the T/Th/Sat series. The final day is March 17th at which point we'll celebrate together at Rio Grande for a happy hour that evening.
