Why did you choose Collin College? 
Not only was it close to home and affordable, but Collin College also offered great programs like dance that motivated me to get more involved and helped me figure out what I wanted to pursue. After auditioning for Collin College Dance Ensemble, I was able to experience the fullness of dance, which led me to want more. 
 
What surprised you the most about Collin College? 
The dance department! They opened my eyes to a whole new world where I get to perform every semester and participate in community outreach. This year, I have the privilege of having my choreography produced on stage. My dance is about the phases of the sun. ☀️
 
What stands out most about your experience at Collin College? 
My excellent mentors and the long-term connections I’m building. I always rely on them for feedback and recommendations.  
 
What are your plans for the future? 
I look forward to graduating this spring with my associate degree in business. After graduation, I plan on transferring to a university to continue my performance and choreography studies and eventually earn my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance. #CollinCollege #Dance #danceensemble #NorthTexas
