## Caption

The stage is set for Thursday in what will be a defining day for the Georgia case against former president Donald Trump. The judge is taking the allegations very seriously and has signaled if he sees proof that Fulton County DA Fani Willis benefited financially from her personal relationship with her hand picked top deputy then she may be disqualified. Any change at this stage to the DA’s team, would almost certainly derail the case against Trump and delay the case indefinitely.
