Super excited to be competing next week! Training and weight management are on point and super excited to dial in my post weigh-in nutrition with treigning_lab ‘s Post-Weigh In Shake. 

If you’re in a weight category sport then you know how important proper nutrition and rehydration are to performance. Used to have to pack a blender & make this shake by hand, now it’s in packets and ready to mix🙌🏼🙌🏼. Still super delicious and helpful to being ready to compete! 💪🏼💪🏼
