Ingredients
1.5 ounces of Tequila (I also made this with white rum)
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
The fruit of 1 Passionfruit
3/4 ounce Lemon Juice
1/2 ounce Honey Syrup
Pinch of salt (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker
Shake then pour over ice
Garnish with pineapple and/ or citrus twist
