film photography and developing images from negatives has to be one of my favorite forms of photography. Although it takes longer than a typical digital image would, the amount of time and thinking behind each photo helps to visualize what you want to see in a composition and make it a reality through setting aperture, shutter speed, etc. While the majority of my work is digital, film helps me work more on knowing the camera settings/technical aspects, rather than relying on the auto features or automatic settings.
