Celebrate summer with this fun and refreshing 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒘𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑺𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒂 𝑺𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒅. 🍓 Link in our bio.

For the salad:
→ 1 pack nuPasta Fettuccine
→ 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
→ 1 cup sliced strawberries
→ 1/4 cup dried cranberries
→ 1/2 cup salted cashews

For the poppy seed dressing:
→ ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
→ ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
→ ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
→ 1 tbsp dijon mustard
→ 3 tbsp honey
→ 2 tsp poppy seeds


Directions: 
1. Drain and rinse 1 pack of nuPasta Fettuccine then set aside.


2. Combine all poppy seed dressing ingredients in a jar, then cover, and shake well.


3. Combine all ingredients and dressing in a bowl and mix well.
