Calgary was named the friendliest city in the world, and for good reason. We’re not shy about saying “thank you” when people make a difference in our lives.
 
Every year 311 receives over 1.25 million requests, and they aren’t always requests for service, concerns or issues… sometimes Calgarians just want to recognize a City staff member who has gone above and beyond.
