if u know me, u know i absolutely hate keeping secrets, so here’s the first few pages of MY FREAKING DEBUT PUBLISHED BOOK 🤭🥰

being vulnerable is tough but has always made me stronger in the end. writing the introduction to this journal was the most real thing i wrote to myself in months (i wrote it back in august 2023). creating this work of art was a major factor in me pulling myself out of a deep, deep severe depression.

i can’t wait to share the entire journal with everyone and hope that at least one person’s life is changed for the better because of it 🫶🏼 here’s to becoming our most fabulous, authentic selves in 2024 and beyond. you deserve to feel like you again. <3
