Meet laura_bcl, former Tech3Racing Communications Assistant apprentice and Sports Management student 👩‍🎓

“And we never know; maybe one day I will be back in the paddock.”

After growing up and spending every weekend possible at the circuit with her dad, Laura began studying Sports Management at Amos Sports Business School. Combined with an apprenticeship at Tech3 Racing, Laura spent two years travelling and working at races as a Communications Assistant alongside her studies in Paris 🌍

Covering social and press office activities for six riders across the motogp, motoeofficial, and Moto3 championships, Laura helped ensure the riders were supported while attending fan zones, interviews and shoots. Laura also took care of Tech3 Racing’s guests, providing paddock tours and information about their bikes 🏍️

After an excellent two years, during which she learned a lot about herself and had the opportunity to be part of a team that felt like family, Laura made the decision to return to school to continue her studies. Although, knowing what an amazing experience working in the paddock was, there’s a chance we’ll see Laura back again soon 💜
