56 miles rollerskied 
43 miles run 
40 miles biked 
35x I thought Georgie was perfect (per day ofc) 
10(ish) obscenities yelled as I almost wiped out on the skis 
3 pounds of frozen raspberries consumed 😅
2 ice baths endured 
1 elliptical sesh smashed 
♾️ reasons to be grateful for what I get to do 🤗

The only way this week could have been better is if theathletespecial were here 😊 I LOVE TRAINING!!
