As we enter Black History Month, the Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Series hopes to shine light on the legacy of Fort Mose, the site of the first legally sanctioned free Black settlement in the U.S., through the incomparable joy of live music. We look forward to seeing you at the kick-off event on Friday, February 18 with The Legendary Count Basie Orchestra, live at Fort Mose Historic State Park!
