Hurricane Dorian Sandbag Information: Residents must provide their own transportation and shovels, and will be responsible for filling their own bags. 20 bags per person. The sand and bags are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. daily. For additional information, please call 904.824.5550. The location closest to the City of St. Augustine Beach is Windswept Acres Park, 5335 SR A1A South.
