Designed, built and supported by our team at the GM Racing and Performance Center in Pontiac, MI, the LMC55R V8 is the only hybrid naturally aspirated engine racing in both the IMSA GTP class and WEC Hypercar class. Utilizing advanced materials and manufacturing techniques allows the engine to be a structural body of the car while weighing in near the rule-set minimum weight.
