Q2: What’s your favorite neighborhood to shoot?

Cincinnati boasts a diverse mix of architecture, showcasing excellent examples of classic Italianate, Art Deco, and Gothic Revival styles, among many others. Some of our favorite historic buildings include Music Hall (musichallcincy), the Carew Tower, and Union Terminal (cincymuseum). In the heart of the Central Business District downtown is where you’ll find our favorite modern structures - the Great American Tower and the Contemporary Arts Center (cincycac).

When considering whether a neighborhood is good to photograph, think about the following aspects: Is the neighborhood walkable (or is it easy and legal to fly a drone)? Does it feature a cool mix of architecture, artistic creativity, and history? And… are there great local food options to enjoy after a shoot!? Northside and Covington, specifically Mainstrasse Village, check all those boxes for us, making them our favorite neighborhoods to shoot!
