When selling a property, having a boring listing video attached to it can hinder its performance on the online market.

Getting creative, adding detail shots and angles that showcase the staging and property is what carries your walkthrough into a well crafted video.

Some main features to consider  b-roll from are:

1. Natural Light Sources - Large windows &  peak throughs tend to cast nice shadows on staging/furniture . 

You can achieve great depth of field using the light cast to your advantage, whether it be on your subject or around it.

2. Light Fixtures - Home owners like to add unique features within their property making it their own. 

Light fixtures, especially in the kitchen and living room, help open up the space providing ample amounts of light. 

When updated, these fixtures have very unique designs that tie together with the rest of the properties aesthetic. 

Using FPV(gimbal) mode, you can accomplish some pretty impressive shots!

3. Appliances & Finishes - In renovated/updated homes, appliances and finishes are what keeps an aesthetic consistent throughout the house.

Stainless steel appliances, Matching door handles, Taps, Crown Moulding, Baseboards, Doors, Flooring the list goes on

Having detail shots of these specific finishes throughout your video will give it consistency as well as giving the home a more complete welcoming/inviting feeling.
