There’s a new boiseflavor experience at zenbajaboise on Broadway in Boise. I’m really digging the Asian/Latin fusion they’re serving up. 

The new star of the menu is the EL GORDO, this thing is a behemoth. Weighing it at over 1lb of food this thing is 2x the size of my head! I don’t know what’s better, the flavor or the satisfying crunch you get every time you bite into the crispy cheese that’s fried onto the ghost pepper tortilla. It’s $20, but I recommend you share this with a friend, unless of course you have something to prove. 

Zen Baja is a really unique spot in the Boise food scene that you should check out.
