vegan caramel delite cookies 🥥🍫 your favorite Girl Scout cookie made dairy free! These cookies are crunchy, chocolatey, and topped with a homemade coconut caramel.

These were one of my favorite Girl Scout cookies growing up, but unfortunately they aren’t vegan friendly. Since I can’t order these chewy coconut cookies, I decided to make my own! And they are SO good 🙌

Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
