“It’s what I dreamed about when I started watching MotoGP™ races on TV with my dad more than 20 years ago… dreams do come true if you work hard for them!”

After joining Dorna Sports in 2018 as Social Media Editor, Sofía is now responsible for leading motogp's social media team. She develops the social media strategy and content plan before supporting the multidisciplinary team, including social media editors, video editors and graphic designers, to deliver the amazing MotoGP™ content we see online. Then, on-site, Sofía also gets involved with social media coverage, filming and activations with MotoGP™’s VIPs and content creators 📹 🏍️

But it doesn’t stop there! Internal and external engagement is also a big part of Sofía’s role. From coordinating promotions with other Dorna Sports teams to engaging with other key players in the MotoGP™ ecosystem, Sofía is always looking for opportunities to maximise the exposure of MotoGP™’s social media content. This includes working closely with social media platforms to ensure the team is always up to date and ready to adapt their strategy to new features 📱
