Nearly 40 years after "A Christmas Story" was released, Peter Billingsley reprises the role of Ralphie Parker in "A Christmas Story: Christmas," out Nov. 17 on HBO Max.

The actor reflected on his experience making the new movie, and also shared stories from filming the original "A Christmas Story" in downtown Cleveland when he was a child actor.

"It’s been great to see the city embrace the film," Billingsley says, "and it’s certainly a two-way street for those of us that actually worked on it.
