## Caption

Dear Future Friars is an initiative of @library_pc to capture oral and video histories from the Providence College community, beginning with the stories of Black alumni. PC Archives and Special Collections received a $2,500 grant from the Office of Institutional Diversity to launch the project in the Fall 2022 semester. Since then, 10 interviews have been added, with Black @provcollege_alumni reflecting on their @provcollege experiences and offering insight and advice to current and future students.

Read more about the initiative and view the histories of Black alumni in the Phillips Memorial Library Archives Digital Collection: link in bio.
