The Player Team Report Cards are back. Last year, the report cards led to players feeling more informed about their workplace compared to others + some clubs made immediate improvements. This year, a few common themes arose:
⏩️ Several players feel there’s not enough training staff and see a need for greater individualized treatment
⏩️ They also brought up lack of space in locker rooms + poor equipment quality in weight rooms
⏩️ The data shows that clubs with improving grades reflect how players feel on the willingness of their team's ownership to invest in their facilities
