The courtroom feels more like a soap opera these days. The case to disqualify Fulton County DA Fani Willis is now in the hands of Judge Scott McAfee who must ultimately decide the threshold to disqualify her. Is it an actual conflict or simply the appearance of one that’s enough to remove her? Does it matter? Yes. Because if she’s thrown off, then the trial against Donald Trump and his allies for trying to steal the Georgia election in 2020 may never happen. Here’s my report tonight.
