This Beyond Beef Ramen recipe is ridiculous delicious 🍜 @lettuce.thrive

INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
½ lb Beyond Beef
Pinch red pepper flakes
2 Tbsp plant based butter
2 packs ramen noodles
1/4 cup plant based egg
Chopped green onions and sesame seeds to garnish

PREPARATION:
1. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Beyond Beef and use a wooden spoon to break into small crumbles. Let cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the crumbles start to brown. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and let cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
2. Whisk together soy sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl.
3. Turn the heat down to low and add the butter to the pan. Once the butter has melted, stir in the brown sugar soy sauce mixture and toss with beef to incorporate. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 1 minute.
4. Cook your Ramen noodles according to package directions and add them directly to the pan. Toss to coat the noodles with sauce.
5. Add plant based egg to pan, scramble, and then once fully cooked mix with noodles & beef
6. Distribute into serving bowls and top with chopped green onions and sesame seeds to garnish.
