Hi everyone! My name is Summer, I’m 22 years old & from Macomb, MI. I’m a NASM certified personal trainer, but also have a background in dog training and art! I’m super passionate about strength training, boxing, and mobility. Outside of the gym, I spend a lot of time with my dog or with friends ☺️

I’m so excited to be a part of the BFF team as a boxing instructor! Boxing is an awesome way to relieve stress, learn self defense, and get a good workout in! I look forward to meeting you all and cheering you on 🥊💗
