This small group private that is shown has one athlete that has only been wrestling for 1 year and he’s already picking up world-class technique very quickly.
Everyone that I coach has superior work ethic 🔨 and I don’t expect anything less from my athletes - no matter what the circumstances are for the current day or previous days before training.
I make an oath to my athletes that I will only show the most crafty setups, the most vicious and relentless attacks, and the most disciplined finishes.
And I make my athletes promise in return to give me a 💯% guarantee that they will not waste my time and that they will give maximum effort and focus in all ways 24/7📆 by having laser focus during all training sessions. 🤝
