Today, 31% of agronomists working in the Nespresso Sustainable Quality Program are women. Why is this important? 
 
We surveyed women farmers and 60% told us they preferred to have a woman trainer. By hiring more women agronomists, we can encourage women farmers to access the free training we offer through the Nespresso AAA Sustainable Quality™ Program, providing farmers with knowledge and techniques in climate-smart agriculture. 

We’re helping to readdress gender inequality by not just addressing its symptoms, but empowering women within coffee growing communities.
