1. Why did you choose Clemson?

My uncle was the official Clemson Tiger mascot while a student from 1987-1990, and growing up, I came to many Clemson football games with my cousins. This was my first introduction to the Clemson Family. Throughout my college decision process, I was focused on things like a beautiful, walkable campus, school spirit, and great business school (all of which Clemson has). However, it was the way Clemson students and alumni would literally not stop talking about the impact Clemson had on their life that really sold me. Clemson is so much more than just four years.   

2. What is your advice to Clemson students?

College is such a sweet time to have infinite opportunities to connect with people and try new things, because you have so much at your fingertips. I took golf and rock climbing classes, played numerous intramurals (despite being terrible at a few of them), signed up for campus events (like clemsonpursuit), and joined organizations that fueled my passions. I say it all the time while giving University tours to prospective students, the best thing you can do is continue to put yourself out there at Clemson and keep saying yes to new experiences. 

3. What are you looking forward to this spring?

My favorite thing about spring in Clemson is the opportunity for spontaneous activities. Especially during my last spring at Clemson, I want to check off everything on my bucket list and say “yes” to every fun activity that comes my way. I am looking forward to afternoons at the lake, playing spikeball on Bowman, eating dinner together with my roommates and neighbors, and celebrating all the “lasts” I get to have with my best friends.
