𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 yscacademy ?
- Since graduating from YSC, I have been attending The University of Alabama studying Business/Sports Management and am set to graduate this upcoming May. After a yearlong spell playing with Semi-Pro, UPSL side FC Birmingham, I began working for the Alabama Women’s Soccer team as a Student Manager and have been shadowing the coaching staff daily in meetings. In addition, I’ve bagged my US Soccer Grassroots license and have been taking on more responsibilities with Alabama Soccer in my pursuit of a coaching career postgrad. In my time with the program, we won an SEC Championship, and made it to the College Cup semi-finals, going out against the national champions to be, UCLA.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙙𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙔𝙎𝘾 𝘼𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙮 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨?
- Some advice I have for current or future YSC Students is to maintain your passion for soccer no matter where life takes you. Being a YSC Graduate who didn’t go on to play in college, I use my love of the game in an alternative way. I currently still spend every day on the pitch as a Student Manager at Alabama, and as I look to become a coach and shape the next generation of players and coaches alike. The possibilities in the world of soccer are endless.
