Hello everyone! I wanted to reintroduce myself to any of my new followers🫶🏻

My name is Brianna Giordanella. I graduated from Lenoir Rhyne University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in 2017 and Keiser University with a degree in Occupational Therapy in 2019. I am currently in the Nursing program at Cambridge College of Healthcare and Technology. I am Certified in three different types of Yoga, more specifically; Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, and Special Needs Yoga. I have my certification in Reiki healing as well as a NASM certification in Personal Training and a certification in Precision Nutrition. 

Why Yogability?

You might wonder how I came up with the name YogabilityFit. Well, I have a twin sister with Cerebral Palsy. My passion in life is to help others. My mission with this business is to give back to others in a way that relates to health of the mind, body, and soul regardless of your ability level. This business is for all abilities and ages.  I specialize in Special Needs Yoga/Personal Training as well as Yoga/Personal Training for all individuals.
