We started as a development camp for NHL players and prospects with a vision to help more players achieve success and reach their true potential.

Over the past 20+ years, TWIST has expanded to train athletes of all athletic backgrounds from beginner to Olympic level. 

Team training, adult & youth functional fitness, sports training camps, educational workshops…all with the goal of helping our athletes be the best they can be.
