ingredients:
. 1oz strawberry lavender syrup - recipe on my page
. 2oz strawberry purée
. 1oz lemon juice
. 3/4 oz na gin
. 1oz na orange sec
. egg white
. topped with strawberry lavender root elixir -garnished with strawberry + lavender flower
method:
. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
. Dry shake - no ice
. Wet shake - with ice
. Double strain into a cocktail glass & garnish
