4. Jaimee Francis ('24), Brianna Jordan ('24), Nana Boateng ('24), and Leanne Sturman (‘25) shared their Civil Litigation and Justice clinical experiences with #BULawProf Maddie Meth on the SCOTUS Muldrow case and the DC Court of Appeals case Sonmez v. Washington Post.
5. A fireside chat between Aaron Klein (brookingsinst) and Sheila Bair, Former FDIC Chair at the Review of Banking and Financial Law symposium on the Politics of Financial Regulation.
6. We celebrated students who applied to clerkships at the OSCAR party.
7. The American Journal of Law and Medicine hosted a symposium on Preventive Care Law & Policy. #BUHealthLaw
8. Judge Myong Joun spoke about his experience as a First Gen student and lawyer with bulawfirstgen firm liaison chair Andrew Andrade ('25), cohosted with BU_newburycenter.
9. Experts discussed AI regulations in Asia: Hyeung Seob Son (ks.ac.kr), Myunghoon Roh (SalveRegina), Professor Mayu Terada (Hitotsubashi University), and JangMook Kang (dongguk_university)
10. These Barbies are: passing legislation for a generation of nonsmokers, the first Black woman dean of a top 20 law school, and in their intellectual property law era! (more fun at the OSCAR party)
