Last week was a challenging yet record-breaking week for #WomenInMotorsport. Alongside the return of f1academy and #InternationalWomensDay, let’s recap what else happened ⬇️💜

⚡ fiaformulae announced this week that reemthamerr has set a new FIA single-seater acceleration benchmark. Accelerating 0-60 mph in 2.49 seconds in FE’s GENBETA race car, Reem's livery also included messages from local young Saudi women.

 🇸🇦 astonmartinf1 Driver Ambassador 1jessicahawkins became the first woman to drive the latest generation f1 car in Saudi Arabia. Jessica was also joined by F1 Academy driver hausmann.tina to launch a new karting initiative for girls and women in Saudi Arabia.

🇬🇧 The announcements for Jessica Hawkins don't stop there! Jessica will soon be making her british_gt debut with beechdeanamr where she will drive the new astonmartin Vantage GT3.

🇫🇷 After completing her first official Formula 4 tests earlier this year, lisabillard_driver, alpinef1team Rac(H)er driver, will make her single-seater debut and race in the final three rounds of #FrenchF4.

🏁 lionatheobaldracing announced that she will compete in the upcoming GT Cup season alongside James Townsend. Liona and James will be racing in a Ginetta GT4 with svgmotorsport.
