## Caption

THE KINGSMAN is a cocktail featuring sake made right here in New York state!! The dassai_blue sake we use has floral notes on the nose and smooth weight on the palate. It is a perfect base for this cocktail that traverses through flavors of violettes, rice, and bergamot with an underlying sweetness. 

A fun & geeky tidbit from our Beverage Supervisor, Alicia: 
"Sake is a personal favorite of mine because it requires the fermentation of something that cannot be inherently fermented. Rice has no natural sugar and so requires the addition of koji to be fermented..."
