Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to garnish with a peel! 👇

1. 𝐒𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐒: Select a fresh citrus fruit such as a lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit. Make sure it’s ripe and firm for easy peeling. 🍋🍊

2. 𝗪𝐀𝐒𝐇 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐓: Rinse the fruit under cold water to remove any dirt or residue from the peel. Pat it dry with a clean towel. 💦

3. 𝐏𝐄𝐄𝐋 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐔𝐈𝐓: Use a citrus peeler to carefully remove a strip of peel from the fruit. Peel off only the outer colored part of the peel (the zest) to avoid the bitter white pith underneath. 🔪
