📝 Ingredients

* 24 oz jajangmyeon (fresh wheat noodles)

Pork Marinade
* 10 oz pork belly 
* 1 tsp grated ginger 
* 1 Tbs mirin
* ¼ tsp black pepper
* 1 Tbs soy sauce

Sauce
* 3 Tbs vegetable oil
* ½ cup Korean roasted black bean paste
* 2 Tbs brown sugar
* 1 cup chicken stock
* 1 ½ Tbs oyster sauce
* ¼ tsp MSG—optional
* 1 ½ Tbs cornstarch
* 3 Tbs water

Vegetables
* 1 yellow onion 
* 2 stalks green onion 
* 1 cup of potato
* 1 cup zucchini 
* 1 cup green cabbage

To Serve
* 1 cucumber
* Toasted sesame seeds
* Pickled yellow radish
