## Caption

Don’t get it twisted - so many spew hate, it’s cause they are hurting … and many focus on hate when they’re on the receiving end of it … please today, pay attention to how much kindness is going on around you, if you open your eyes 👀 to it, you’ll be surprised how real it is .. more importantly, be kind to yourself and once you get “there” be kind to others around you … if you have love ❤️ in your heart - spread it to others, PLEASE
