This is a new dinner staple in our house. It’s so easy, and so delicious!

I used my TasteeKitchenUS Air Fryer, which has a built-in temperature probe. This is a genius air fryer feature! Pair that with all the presets, and any meat you’d like to cook will come out cooked to temperature and never dried out.

I inserted the temperature probe, chose the beef setting, and selected a medium rare roast.

Instead of having to stop the air fryer to check the progress, I knew it would alert me when the meat had come to temperature.

The roast came out with a perfect crust, and was so juicy inside!
