💭Lately, I’ve noticed that reels don’t bring me as much inspiration as they used to. Instead, all I feel is jealousy — ‘they have more friends,’ ‘they have a nicer home,’ ‘they are so much more productive.’ Why am I closely comparing myself to people who are so far away? 

What’s helped me is noticing the things around me and appreciating what I already have. It’s good to feel jealous, to become competitive, to strive for improvement. But sometimes, it’s better to lift your head up and take a look around ✨
