y’all I did something I’m very scared of today… I found a new dentist 🫣🦷🪥thank you @drcellarsdds !!!

No one really knows this because it’s embarassing hah, but I have TERRIBLE dental anxiety, it’s probably one of my biggest fears. 

In middle and high school, I legit went to a dentist for people with special dental needs heh because I had to get sedation for any kind of work 😅 

I’ve come a long way since then, but I had a really negative experience with the first dentist I tried in OC, and it stopped me from going for a couple years now. 

I faced my anxiety and I found an AMAZING new dental practice in HB! 

I know this isn’t my normal content, but I had to take the time and thank @drcellarsdds and his team after their care today.

I was totally losing it from anxiety and fear of something being wrong since in haven’t been to the dentist in forever. They were so gentle and caring in taking my medical history and really listening my needs 🥹 everyone there is sooo nice! 

It is such a relief to find a new dentist I immediately trusted and felt safe with! I have to go back soon because my teefs need a little tlc after this time away from the chair, but woo no cavities!!! 

If you live in Orange County and you’re super anxious like me you need to go here!! You will be treated with care and dignity no matter how anxious you are, I tested it for everyone today 🤣🫶
