HHG review of 9strap 
Definitely a tool I will be using during training and may test in game. Risk mitigation tool to decrease shoulder injury with a one handed follow through. 
Also a good neuromuscular tool to help staying connected and force driving through the ball. I give it a 🤙🏻👍🏻

But the invention will and does help lessen posterior subluxations of the humeral head, damaging the posterior labrum and other tissues. The follow-through also stresses the anterior capsule and labrum especially when the player finishes their swing one-handed.
