Real estate investment is a nuanced landscape. 

For European, Swiss, Latin-American and US family offices, investor interest is high. Perhaps because these regions boast relatively high nominal interest rates (and so can afford to lower them). 

Unsurprisingly, family offices show a strong preference for homegrown real estate – with 62% of allocations being domestic and 38% being international, on average.
