When I’m not touring the world with my band butcherbabies, you’ll most likely find me at bikini_fitness1 pumping some iron! 💪
One thing that I didn’t have time to mention in this video is this gym doesn’t only exercise my body but, it also strengthens my mind. 
Lifting a weight that once seemed un-acheivable, and watching your body transform because of the hours of hard work you’ve put into it, brings a self-love that I believe EVERYONE needs. 
I feel elevated and strong in the community that i have at Bikini Fitness. My gals and I get together in the mornings and encourage each other to be the best versions of ourselves while hitting those personal records! 

Being a lifelong athlete (as long as I can remember), I  lived my life by putting miles and miles on my running shoes. I always strived to fit a size zero 🙄 and I NEVER had curves. Just a walking, sassy yardstick 😂 TOO MUCH CARDIO!!!
Turns out, all I needed was some direction of specific exercises that target those curves (ahem 🍑)!

Now, combine that with excellent nutrition, it’s a recipe for success!! Thank you bikini_fitness1 💕
