The dark and the light.

The struggle and the triumph; what you don’t see versus what you do; often we don’t notice the good until we sink into the bad.

We need both sides. There’s a balance. An ebb and flow of noticing each side- only...often the people that notice the dark side are thought of as negative or pessimistic or too realistic.

My view is that understanding the dark gives us a different perspective. Instead of battling the unknown we are fighting with eyes wide open.
