“I got you. Right here.” I’m a little biased towards drills I wish I had when I was young. We have been practicing these hard-hit angle steps for months now and I am excited to see how good we can get with our feet.

I didn’t understand the concept of slowing the game down with our feet until college:
Ball is hit HARD at you, give yourself more time and space to see and react to the ball by taking a deeper angle.

Seems like magic, but it’s more like math.
