If I had to summarize what we talked about at Groundwork?

Stop playing small.

Stop accepting the minimum amount of work or just getting by with your nutrition, your mental preparation, your playing mindset.

Ask yourself for more and bring the people around you with you.

Everyone wants to know what it takes to be great and to get to their best. The funny part is that they know- but working hard for years doesn’t sound fun.

Many would rather have the new fun drills to look foreword to. Many would rather have a quick fix and constant motivation from the outside.

What gets you higher doesn’t come from outside. It’s an inside job and you know exactly what you need to do. So go do it.
