My answer here seems simple enough- get your mental and physical reps in-
But for those of us that have felt confidence and also the LACK of it in the bad times, keeping belief in yourself feels anything but simple.

In truth, putting in the work means making a decision to hold yourself above the single moments that can tear you down.

That perspective is a game changer- it helps us to maximize our failures instead of crumble beneath them.
