This one is my legacy project.
Yes, I love softball and the defensive side of the game, but INNER defense- the mental and emotional side of sport- is the conversation I have been hinting at for years, but haven’t gone all in.

Defense Club just launched in February. It is for every athlete- not just softball, and its been the underlying story of why I’ve shared more and more of the “real” behind what’s on the outside.
