Group Lessons & Workouts:

I learned to play this game in many settings- in games, practices with my team, one-on-one lessons, in small groups, by myself in my backyard, watching games, in front of a mirror in my garage, studying film after the game was over.
.
When seeing a new skill & getting reps in & learning to compete to be quicker & make adjustments faster, my favorite way to learn was in small groups.
.
I could watch how the others did the drill & listen to the corrections she got.
I could feel my body between reps & not be too rushed to immediately try it again.
Learning felt like the game because I had other girls around me supporting me or wanting to beat me.
.
There's a different dynamic when girls learn together. The lesson becomes more than just learning the skill- we learn how to lean on others or how to lead; how to pick them up or when to put your head down and work.

Can't wait for more group learning this weekend with thepackageddeal in Illinois & Indiana 💁🏻
